History

Ares was the combat instructor at Avengers Academy.

Ares joined the team his brother put together, the God Squad, in a mission to repel an upcoming celestial invasion.

Ares took part in the battle against Hela's forces when she turned her attention to Earth after conquering Asgard, and taking over the Grandmaster's intergalactic tournament and using the gladiators as her minions.
