History
A wealthy businesswoman, Arianna helped Black Tom Cassidy build a interdimensional teleporter as part of some deal. When activated, the teleporter exploded and out popped Juggernaut. In return, Black Tom helps Arianna stop a corporate buyout by holding the would-be purchasers hostage.
