Some men trespassing on Apache territory are killed under the arrows of the angered Apaches. As a result of Apache aggression the mayor of Klamath Falls calls in the Texas Rangers. Major Cullin arrives in town with the Arizona Kid, Happy Hicks, Cliff Macklin and his daughter Nan. When they arrive in town Major Cullen talks to the mayor and learns that the army are unable to help and that he wants the Apaches wiped out before they can attack the town. Arizona Kid then pipes up and suggests talking to the Apaches as a war would not benefit anyone. The mayor agrees and offers to put up Nan while the Rangers go up and speak with the Apaches. They go up with an group of locals.

When the Arizona Kid and the others get close to Apache territory, the Kid sends up a smoke signal informing the Apaches that they come in peace. When the Apaches arrive, one of the townspeople starts shooting at the Apaches to avenge his brother who was killed by the Natives. The Apaches fight back but eventually they pull back from the superior fire power. Suddenly someone from town arrives and informs everyone that the Apaches have also attacked the town and that Nan has been kidnapped.

In light of this, the Arizona Kid decides to go to the Apache camp along to try and free Nan. He rushes past the Apache guards and into their camp. Spotting a brave trying to force Nan into a teepee, he rushes at the man and pulls Nan onto his horse Arrow. They try to ride out of the camp but are snared in a trip wire and captured. Arizona and Nan are brought to the chief whom the Kid petitions to stop his fight with the white folk as a war would not benefit either side. He learns that the Apaches are angry because white men have been trespassing on their land since it was discovered there was gold on the land. The brave who kidnapped Nan refuses to let her go and so the Arizona Kid agrees to battle the brave to decide if there will be war. If the Arizona Kid wins the Apaches agree to cease their attacks and let Nan go.

Arizona Kid battles Big Buffalo, the warrior who wants to keep Nan as his bride. During the fight, Big Buffalo falls onto his own knife blade and dies. With the battle over the chief of the Apaches agrees to make peace. Meeting with the Texas Rangers and the mayor of Klamath Hills, a peace agreement is agreed upon as long as the white men stay out the Apache's hunting grounds. In addition, Arizona Kid convinces the locals that there is no gold on Apache land in order to eliminate the temptation of others to go searching for it.

Synopsis for "The Kill Crazy Caballero"

A crazy Mexican outlaw named El Chivato has treed an entire town of San Antone, killing its sheriff. Some of the locals seek out the Texas Rangers and ask for their assistance. Cliff Macklin is sent out but is wounded and brought back to the Ranger camp. Major Cullen is about to organized a squad to eliminate El Chivato but the Arizona Kid speaks up and asks to go after the outlaw alone. Unwilling to lose his best scout, Cullen orders him to stay at camp, much to the Kid's chagrin.

Unable to join in the hunt for El Chivato, the Arizona Kid decides to get around Cullen's orders by going on a supply run for Happy Hicks, Happy plays along so he won't get in trouble with the Major.

Riding into San Antone through a short cut, the Arizona Kid confronts El Chivato who has teamed up with another outlaw named Black Luis. When Luis attempts to draw on the Kid, Arizona is able to draw his knife faster and kill him. The Kid then challenges El Chivato to a draw. The Kid is a faster gunslinger and manages to shoot the guns out of El Chivato's hands. The Mexican outlaw then begins begging for mercy and the Arizona Kid cannot bring himself to kill an unarmed man. When the Kid tries to take El Chivato into custody, the outlaw pulls out another gun. The Kid is warned by a local and manages to whirl around fast enough to gun Chivato dead.

Later, when Major Cullen and the others arrive, Cullen informs the Kid that the doctors believe that Cliff will be okay. Hearing the reason why the Arizona Kid "disobeyed" his orders, the flustered Major Cullen cannot think of any sort of punishment to give the Kid, given that he wiped out two dangerous outlaws alone.
