History

It is unknown when after the death of Oswald Silkworth that this new arranger was hired by the Kingpin, but Fisk already had control of the Hand. He first appeared alongside Bruiser to inform the Scarlet Spider that Kingpin will be taking direct control of the Hand's activities in Houston and to send Fisk's thanks for dealing with the Mark. He later appeared in New Orleans to tell Belladonna Boudreaux that Kingpin had seized control of the Assassins Guild. It is unknown what happen to Arranger after Spider-Man and his Spiderlings destroyed the Shadowland Fortress and Fisk's criminal empire, but it can be assumed Arranger is still alive as the only body found was that of Smedley Kornfeld.
