History

Arthur Bigelow was an insurance investigator who operated out of Springdale, Connecticut. He used his inside knowledge of the stuff he'd insured and became the Bug-Eyed Voice in order to steal them. This eventually brought him to the attention of Speedball, who confronted the Bug-Eyed Voice and defeated him and the Voice was arrested. He was later brought onto Clyde's Speedball Revenge Squad but was recaptured by "Speedball". He later tried to gain vengeance on Speedball but was stopped by Squirrel Girl. He was one of several villains who attacked Doreen's apartment after her identity as Squirrel Girl was revealed to the world, but was convinced to stop by Doreen pointing out with her secret out, she had nothing to hold her back and would it be wise to the one to attack her. While leaving Bigelow spoke to Boomerang about seeing his therapist for help.
