Early Life[]
Dr. Arthur Harrow was a selected candidate for the Nobel Prize in medicine for his work in the field of pain theory. However, Dr. Victoria Grail had become suspicious of how his work had advanced despite the fact his papers indicated he had only carried out limited research on animals. Dr. Grail raised an objection to his nomination when she traced documents relating to secret experiments by scientists in Auschwitz-Birkenau back to Harrow. The documents had been ordered to be destroyed by the Nuremberg Tribunal but had mysteriously disappeared, thanks to the group known as O.M.N.I.U.M.. Despite allegedly being in Mexico to research the jaguar and armadillo, Grail was certain that Dr. Harrow was carrying on the Auschwitz experiments and was sent by the Nobel Committee to interview him and report back to Stockholm.[1]

Marc Spector was driving when the Priests of Khonshu appeared to him, causing him to smash his automobile and sending him mental visions of Dr. Harrow, one of his subjects, Dr. Grail, and the pyramid. O.M.N.I.U.M. was alerted to Dr. Grail being in Yucatan and dispatched agents to apprehend her. At knife point they pushed her into a van, but the kidnapping was spotted by Marc, who quickly transformed into Moon Knight and freed her. Dr. Grail was dismissive of Moon Knight at first, but when he asked her about a scarred man, she understood they were both looking for Dr. Harrow and told him about his past. The most recent volunteers was tied to a table and had electrodes inserted in his body. Dr. Harrow slashed his forearm, he sensitised and irritated the nerves, then utilised transcutaneous stimulation to entirely desensitise the laborer's body. Dr. Harrow felt he was on his way to achieving his goal and to convert his process into a chemical formula, which would eliminate the need for wires and electrodes. O.M.N.I.U.M. decided to collect Dr. Harrow as his lab was compromised. Dr. Harrow knew he had no choice but to obey as they held the money and the Auschwitz documents, but vowed that once he was cured they would no longer dictate terms to him.[1]

Moon Knight and Dr. Grail, found his lab and Dr. Harrow saw them and set a jaguar on them. Moon Knight took out the cat with ease by throwing it against a wall and shocking it. They found a false wall and knocked it in with a desk, revealing steps leading down to the lab. His patients surrounded the pair, and he ordered them to kill them. Moon Knight was warned by Dr. Grail, not to hurt the innocent laborers, yet even his most powerful fists had little effect on them.

- Genius Intelligence: Dr. Harrow was a talented surgeon and scientist, whose work in medicine lead his to be nominated for a Nobel Prize.[1]
Weaknesses
- Trigeminal neuralgia: Dr. Harrow suffered from trigeminal neuralgia which paralysed the left side of his face, pulled the left side of his mouth into a permanent snarl and caused him constant, agonizing pain.[1]
