Artie Choke was one of Cousin Betsy, the Plant Lady's anthropomorphic plants who was around when she offered to take the Hulk in and help them commit their next diamond robbery. Hulk refused and wanted to be alon so Betsy had Artie Choke attack him. The Hulk turned the tables and shook the diamonds and Hostess Fruit Pies out of Artie Choke. The police arrested Betsy and her plants while the Hulk left.[1]
