History

As a teenager, Ashley Pearson took on the name SPF and joined the J-Team along with Kid Justice, Princess Justice, and Trench.[2]

Ashley disappeared from the public eye as consequence of a plan named "Operation: Clear Slate" which saw the deaths of Princess Justice and Trench, while both Ashley and Kid Justice became allegedly missing in action. Doc Justice later claimed she was a climate terrorist protesting any type of energy consumption.[1]

Using an unwilling Ashley as a lure, Doc Justice brought his new J-Team, the Runaways, to the solar grid where he planned to have her kill Karolina Dean as a publicity stunt, as part of his long-running secret scheme to routinely kill off J-Team members for attention. Aided by Matthew Caniglia, the former Kid Justice, the Runaways were narrowly able to rescue Karolina. Following Doc Justice's death, Matthew tended to Ashley and left with her.[3]

  • It appears that Doc Justice considered sacrificing SPF during "Operation: Inconvenient Truth," but the projected gain was only 22%, too low to proceed.[1]
