Peter Parker lies in the middle of the pavement monitoring ants when Mary Jane confronts him about the kiss with the Queen, they argue a little and forget about it. Spider-Man goes web-swinging in the hope of clearing his mind, he fails to discover what exactly the Queen done to him when she kissed him. Meanwhile, the Queen takes her drones to their underground hideout. Meanwhile at SHIELD regional HQ, Captain America gives a speech to a group of high ranking officers, including Nick Fury, he says the Queen kissing Spider-Man is a problem, Captain America doesn't give exact details which annoys Nick Fury, who sends a man to tail him. Back at his apartment Spider-Man has a nightmare in which he is trying and failing to escape the Queen. He wakes and feels incredibly ill. Meanwhile the Queen tells her drones that she hates Captain America because he betrayed their relationship in the forties. She mentions her origins. She reveals that SHIELD can't find her. Meanwhile Mary Jane returns home to find that Peter has mutated so he has four eyes.

Synopsis for "Changes: Part 2 of 4"

Spider-Man and Mary Jane argue about the having-four-eyes-thing in the end MJ wins and Peter attends a friends wedding in sunglasses. Meanwhile Captain America goes to the veterans hospital to talk to an old friend named Tommy, they go for a walk (Cap pushes his wheelchair) at the mention of Ana Soria, Tommy sheds a tear. The Queen tells her drones that it is a case of survival of the fittest. In the middle of the wedding Peter runs out and changes to Spider-Man without his mask, he finds difficulty breathing. Meanwhile Nick Fury emerges from the shadows and confronts Captain America, Cap tells Nick Fury he wont give him any information on the Queen but Tommy asks him to. Captain America reveals that Ana (The Queen) was apart of a failed experiment in 1945 and that she was thrown in a crazy house after being exposed to nuclear radiation. Meanwhile Spider-Man mutates even further into a monstrous humanoid spider. Tommy tells Nick Fury that the queen has a bomb that will wipe humans out in most of North America, she and her drones wont be affected by the radiation from the bomb, Captain America then reveals that the American government built the bomb.

Synopsis for "What If Aunt May Had Died Instead of Uncle Ben?"

What If Aunt May Had Died Instead of Uncle Ben? #1.

First we are reminded of the events that led to the death of Uncle Ben then we get on with the story:

Peter Parker returns home to find that Aunt May has been shot dead by a Burglar, in rage he reveals to Uncle Ben that he is Spider-Man. He then takes off and hunts down the burglar, then Burglar accidentally falls from the window, dies. Uncle Ben then turns up and calms Peter down and is arrested for murder. Ben confesses to the murder and is jailed, Peter having nobody to turn to gives up being Spider-Man the super-hero. John Jameson dies in the shuttle crash so J. Jonah Jameson hates him even more, Spider-Man breaks into the Daily Bugle building and attacks Jameson. He spares Jameson and later ends up in Ditko Juvenile Detention center where he meets Harry Osborn and Flash Thompson again. Harry is released and Flash targets Peter. One day Peter decides to escape, he lives on the run earning money by collecting bounties on super villains. He eventually confronts the Green Goblin who kills some bystanders, in a fit of rage he attacks the goblin and puts him in a coma. Peter attempts to break Ben out of jail but Ben says no and gives a speech that turns Peter's life around. Peter gives up being Spider-Man and focuses on rebuilding his life, only becoming Spider-Man in emergencies. When Ben is freed he becomes some what of a sidekick for Peter who meets Mary Jane and life carries on similarly to Earth-616.
