Synopsis for "Episode Two"
1937. The Twentieth Century Limited, bound for New York City. The porter with the gun warns Fortune and Amanda to return to Los Angeles. After a scuffle, he is thrown from the train and falls from a viaduct. On arrival in New York, Fortune and Amanda find proof at Andrea's apartment that she was working for Stark Industries. They meet Howard Stark, who informs them that Andrea was using her contacts in the precious minerals business to negotiate some contracts for rare metals used in Stark's armaments. Fortune hitches a lift with his old friend Minnie McAllister to Stark's weapons foundry north of the city. He overhears Dr Myron MacLain speaking on the telephone to Berlin and learns that Stark Industries is dealing with the British and with Nazi Germany. He is discovered by security guards and flees in Minnie's aircraft.
