Synopsis for "To Stalk a City!"
Ka-Zar stalks the city of New York and battles the Pusher. Upgraded with a Strength-Amplifying Harness the Pusher used Vinnie as bait to lure in Ka-Zar then knocked him out. As the Pusher went in for the kill Vinnie saw the error in his ways and the voice of his mother in his heart and decided to try and stop the thug by himself. Vinnie took a beating and kept his ground long enough for Ka-Zar to come to and knock out the Pusher.
After the street brawl Vinnie was given medical treatment and put into a room with his recovering mother who was told of Percy's heroic deeds and that he would testify against the Pusher. Percy being Vinnie's given name. Although beaten and bruised Ka-Zar looked on at a city that he often disliked and acknowledged that it still allows for hope with Bobbi interjecting that city not just allows for hope but creates it.
