According to Plato's Critias[2] and to Greek mythology, Atlas was the first king of Atlantis,[3][4] son of Poseidon and grandson of Evenor. This character has yet to appear in Marvel Comics.[3]The Ten, sons of Evenor and Cleito have been mentioned, but never tied to Atlas.
