History

The Atlas Foundation was created by founder Jimmy Woo to circumvent the oppression of Baron Zemo over the domain of Metropolitia. He led a team within the organization called the Agents of Atlas to help the people while their opposite S.H.I.E.L.D. worked for the Baron.
