History
The Attilan Parliament Citadel was a large citadel in Attilan where the Inhuman Council of War convened. They did so after encountering the belligerents Bel-Dann of the Kree and Raksor of the Skrulls battling for years for interstellar racial dominance and causing damage to the foundation of Attilan, which was starting to affect the city on the surface. Mister Fantastic concocted an idea to convince the two to work together and assume they had obtained superiority over the Inhumans so they might stop fighting.[1]
