History
Attuma's history is presumably similar to his Earth-616 counterpart's. Attuma became an ally of Namor[1] after Atlanteans became the dominant force of Earth. Attuma was briefly mentioned by Luke Cage when accused Namor of wanting to wipe out humans and suggested that he send Attuma and his hordes to do so.[2]
Attuma met with Namor and Queen Namorita to discuss Namor's plan to chase after the Human Torch and the likely war with the warlord Krang. When Namor asked for a ship so he could use, Attuma told him that none could be spared as they were needed for the future fight against Krang.[1]
While seemingly getting along with Namor and Namorita, Attuma secretly wanted to wipe out the survivors that lived on he surface, so, Attuma reprogrammed robots to carry out attacks on Atlantis to instigate an attack on the surface.[3] One of these robots, Machine Man, destroyed Dry Man's Land, an Atlantean settlement built for humans.[4] This resulted in Queen Namorita to order Attuma and a contingent of soldiers to destroy a robot colony founded by the Human Torch. Attuma was opposed by Namor and his allies, leading a brutal fight between the two. During the fight, Attuma let it slip that he was responsible for the robot attacks. This was overheard by Queen Namorita who killed Attuma with an energy rifle for his treachery.[3]Attributes
