History

Augustus Roman is the CEO of Empire Unlimited, who recently had the former prison, Ryker's Island rebuilt into a new facility dubbed the Cellar. After the arrival of new inmates the Ox and Walrus who both had superhuman powers, were apparently killed by Dr. Shannon Stillwell so their abilities could be absorbed by Roman who was really the criminal, Regent.
