History
Ava Starr's history was identical to that of her Earth-199999 counterpart until Janet Van Dyne was infected by a virus from the Quantum Realm. Janet infected her husband Hank Pym when he tried to take her out of the Quantum Realm which resulted in the spread of the virus around the world. During the zombie apocalypse, Ghost was exposed to the quantum virus and became a zombie. When Zombie Wanda Maximoff regained consciousness, she created an army of zombies to fight Infinity Hulk. Ghost was eventually controlled by Wanda and incorporated into her undead army.
Five years later, Ghost, along with Hawkeye, Abomination, Captain America, and the Red Queen's army, were led by Okoye to lay siege to the North Institute, where the survivors had taken refuge. When the Black Widows began attacking the army, Okoye sent Ghost to deal with them. Ava used her powers to infiltrate the Widows' location and turn them into zombies. As they were about to trap the survivors, Melina used the Black Widows' technology to control the zombies, including Ghost. This proved to be temporary, as by then Okoye had reestablished the Red Queen's control over the zombies. Using her powers of intangibility, Ghost broke through the wall separating the zombies from the survivors and was about to attack Kamala Khan, Yelena Belova, Red Guardian, and Blade. However, Blade managed to stop her and used his sword to cut her to pieces, killing her.[1]Attributes
