Synopsis for "Whatever Walked There"
Having reached the hell dimension with Walpurgis' aid, Hazmat and Bloodline split up to search for Escapade. Emplate lurks in the Academy, swapping places with Kid Juggernaut and taking his place in the real world using Escapade's powers, where he finds and attacks Captain America. Translocated to the dungeon, Kid Juggernaut meets Emplate's other prisoner and promises escape. Under Emplate's influence, Escapade attacks Bloodline, blaming the hero for leaving her behind, while D.O.A. descends upon Hazmat. Confessing her feelings, Bloodline kisses Escapade and gives her a medicine to sate her bloodlust. Defeated, Hazmat is brought to the dungeon and recognizes Emplate's other prisoner as her former boyfriend Mettle, thought to be deceased. Emboldened by Hazmat's presence, Mettle uses his iridium form to attack D.O.A. before Bloodline beheads the goon. The group makes their way to Walpurgis to begin their return to Avengers Academy, where Emplate has turned their friends against them.
