Synopsis for "Strong"

The High Evolutionary surveys the Savage Land from his ship. He sends some of the newly-hatched children into special evolutionary chambers.

Elsewhere, Thor, Iron Man, and Hyperion are confused, as the dragons who carried off the children simply vanished. Spider-Man, Spider-Woman and Hawkeye search on the ground for them, and encounter Garokk who brings them to High Evolutionary’s cloaked ship. They battle the Evolutionary’s mutated guards, and then have to confront the gigantic Terminus.

Terminus crushes Iron Man but Thor, who says he was born to fell giants, strikes him down. Meanwhile, Hyperion invades HE’s ship and tears his arm off when HE refuses to say where the children are. HE says his experiment has already succeeded—he has already used the children as living batteries to revive the Terminus, and plans to do much more. Hyperion realizes he has embedded the children inside the Terminus, and manages to swoop in and break them out just as Thor summons an enormous lightning bolt to destroy it.

Later, Thor and Hyperion resume their chat, in the shadow of the gigantic shell of the now de-powered Terminus. Hyperion admits he is now protective of the alien children. Thor says this could be considered a weakness, but Hyperion says it makes him strong, because he has gained a new purpose and a new world.
