Ba-Korr sent Sagar as a scout on Earth with the intent of sizing up possible resistance to an invasion force. If Sagar did not return within 48 hours, plans for the invasion would be called off.
Sagar found the humans puny as potential warriors and was able to lift locomotives off the ground. He laughed as he thought this would be the easiest conquest ever and headed back to his ship where he found that it had sunk out of sight in the bog. Seeing that Sagar didn't returned after the 48 hours, Ba-Korr renounced to invade Earth, declaring it the first planet which had defenses that even a Klangian could not overcome.[1]
