Origin and early years

Babd was a Tuatha de Danaan war goddess and seemingly the daughter of Iarbonel and Gaea/Danu, and the sister to the Dagda, Leir, Nuada, Ogma, Macha, and Morrigan.

Cimmerian worship

Babd was one of the many deities worshiped by the Cimmerians, as their death-goddess, during the Age of Acheron and the Hyborian Age.
