History
Master assassin Fialan, sent to Earth to eliminate Jarella on Lord Visis' orders, used the Bands of Levitation to float in flight and thus locate and eliminate Jarella and Bruce Banner, who were hiding.[1]
Properties
Bands of Levitation are technological objects from K'ai's past, and as the name suggests, they were objects capable of levitating those who wore them on their wrists. Only the assassins of Pitll Pawob remained in possession of such technologies.
