History

Beltan was one of the Cimmerian royal guardsmen of King Bafomai's Elite Guard. As a time-displaced Conan snuck into the royal palace to assassinate Bafomai, he knocked unconscious Beltan and Samain. Despite the rebel leader Mahalat's demands, Conan refused to slay them, and instead bound them. Nevertheless, Mahalat slit their throats as soon as Conan was away.
