History

150 years after the Deviants conquered the Earth in the late-1800s, Cyborg Thing was a mind-controlled human slave who was mutated and given cybernetic parts by Kro or another Deviant. He was forced to participate in gladiatorial fights by the Deviants and was engaged in one such event against other combatants until they were interrupted by the arrival of the Silver Surfer.
