History

Thing survived the Forty-Minute War which destroyed all other heroes. Ben was convinced by the criminal organization Rampart to power the power plant unknowingly; when the exhumed Captain America revealed him the truth, Ben destroyed the machine and later contributed to depose the king of "America" Maximillian Babbington. After these events Thing became the sgt. Grimm of New America.
