History

A gang leader. Big Al Bondigas' gang tried to extort money from Obnoxio the Clown when he opened a new amusement park, Obnoxio the Clown's Funland. As Obnoxio refused to pay, the mobsters attacked during the opening fete. The Pulverizer, coincidentally in the area, apprehended the gang, then executed them - but in the process the park was destroyed - although the show and the debris were quite popular among the visitors.
