History

Early Life

Billie Mariana Morales was born to Jefferson Morales and Rio Morales, she also had a brother named Miles who secretly operated as the masked vigilante known as Spider-Man. After a deranged clone of his brother named Selim kidnapped her when she was just a baby to fight Spider-Man at the Brooklyn Bridge, Selim ended up killing Miles.

Captain Billie

Selim would later go after Billie's parents, who died trying to save her, she was then left in the care of Ganke, Miles' friend who raised her while keeping the details of her family and true origin a secret for her own safety, as Billie grew up to hate the symbol of the spider imposed by Selim, who created his own empire in Brooklyn, preventing anyone from leaving.

She would later team up with an alternate version of her brother to defeat Selim and his empire.
