Bio-Synthezoids are a group of Synthezoids created by Alkhema in her hopes of creating new life. However it was revealed she was following Ultron's programming to build them as his new army.[1]

Alkhema used a "Plastoid Birthmatrix" to create them. However it was revealed she was following Ultron's programming to build them as his new army. Their first action after their creation was to rebuild their leader Ultron.[1]
Ultron started a war between the Avengers, the Robos, the War Toys. Hawkeye later killed Alkhema using a Vibranium arrow and blew up the base killing all the robots including the Bio-Synthezoids.[1]
