History
Biomechanoids were been created by Kang the Conqueror using Growing Man's technology in one of his plans against the Avengers.
A new enemy[]
The Avengers were initially unable to fight this new monster that was able to absorb inorganic materials, form of energies such as Captain Marvel blasts and Hulk's radiations and it also resist to Thor's hammer hits; in the end, Black Panther jumped into Biomechanoid's mouth and used the Vibranium of his costume to defeat the monster, finding a sort of "black box" inside it. The Avengers studied the box, understanding the name of the monster ("Biomechanoid Three") but nothing else, luckly, Tony Stark had prievously built some mech armors that, powered with Vibranium, could fight the monsters. Meanwhile, lots of black boxes around the world activated.
The end of the world[]
During the following weeks, and later days, the Biomechanoids attacked more and more frequently. Black Panther and Iron Man remained inside Avengers Mountain studying the box, but only after the Biomechanoids started transforming into aerials, the first box revealed the real enemy: Kang. That used his future technology to take control of the Celestial corpse, using his energies to "destroy" the timestream causing all times existing together.
New duties[]
Kang then used the Biomechanoids as first line of protection of his "aerials" and himself. The existence of Biomechanoids was erased from timeline after Black Panther, powered by Eternity, prevented Kang from sending the first black box back in time.Powers and Abilities
