Bithron was a two-headed guardian dog which patrolled the Diogenes Initiative's underground base below 61 Silver Street, Henderson, Nevada. When the Scarlet Spider infiltrated the facility, Bithron attacked him. Kaine managed to knock it down, but Bithron eventually caught up with him. The Scarlet Spider managed once again to take down Bithron, but he was stopped by Nakano while he was pummeling the dog.[1]
