Poison Black Cat assimilated Venomized Black Cat of an Unknown Reality. They were part of the Hive's invasion of the Prime Marvel Universe, Poison Black Cat was dispatched to infiltrate a S.H.I.E.L.D. facility in order to locate that universe's anomaly.

This Poison most likely died along with the others when the Queen was killed by the time-displaced Jean Grey.
