History

A member of the Sons of the Serpent who disguised himself as the Black Panther by committing various crimes so that the leader of the group after capturing him could unmask him revealing that he was a black man. The real Black Panther was freed from the Vision and defeated the fake Panther on live TV, exposing the Sons of the Serpent and their scheme.
