The Black Tarantula had a walled compound deep in the jungles of Argentina. Within was a six-story mansion and a high-tech command center. From which the Black Tarantula could monitor his international operations. Using the center's video and communication systems, he stayed in contact with his operatives in New York City.[1][2][3]
