Synopsis for "The Itsy-Bitsy Spider: I.D."

After Natalia Romanova has been shot and killed, the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents left Yelena Belova. Romanova's phone rang and Belova answered the call of Daredevil telling her that the the U.S. and Russian army has been deployed to intervene against the Rhapastan army led by General Khan, hoping that the Widow can protect the soldiers.

Yelena Belova attacked the army of General Khan hoping to destroy the canisters of the Deathless Frenzy before being used against the U.S. and Russian army, but she failed. Dr. Ines, though unable to develop a cure, was able to develop a vaccine which was transported to the Rhapstan.

In the Rhapastan army camp, new equipment and a nurse was hired to inoculate Rhapastan soldiers against burn related diseases, which was completed.

Later, as it turns out, the Deathless Frenzy was going to be used by General Khan on his army to create an invincible army against U.S. and Russian soldiers. However, as it turns out, the soldiers of General Khan were tricked by Natalia into being inoculated with the vaccine for the Deathless Frenzy. During the battle, the Deathless Frenzy failed to produce the desired effect, but General Khan, not being inoculated began feeling the effects of the drug. The Black Widow was able to stop the frenzied General Khan who later died as an effect of the drug. As it turns out, the S.H.I.E.L.D. agents who "killed" the Black Widow were actually the Widow's friends on borrow S.H.I.E.L.D. uniform. The last of the bio weapon was also destroyed by the Widow.
