Can't wait for the new Spider-Man comic by Nick Spencer and Ryan Ottley. The whole series is just amazing! What do you think of it?
[[[[I think that Tony stark is an interesting character that has developed over the comics. He hasn't essentially got superpowers but because he is super smart I think that is his superpower. I like the comics because Tony Stark has good character development and the action in the comics is displayed well. Basically I just love Ironman!]]]]
So, Fantastic Four Vol 6 1 has just been released! What do you think of it? I think it's great, although the first story, Signal In The Sky seems to be a bit like a Marvel 2-In-One Vol 1 story: Thing and Human Torch looking for the F4. Then we've got a guest appearance from Dr. Doom. But no Reed or Sue.
After the MCU is done with phase 3 and moves on to phase 4, they will be introducing a lot more movies and characters. I think one of these new movies should be based off the Thunderbolts. They should probably do it as DC did Suicide Squad, just to prove that they are better than DC in every way. I think that the person putting this team of villains should be Everett Ross (Martin Freeman), who was seen in Captain America: Civil War, and again in Black Panther. The end of Civil War, saw him watching over an imprisoned Helmut Zemo (Daniel Bruhl). In the comics, Zemo is the one who started the Thunderbolts, under the name Citizen V. So including Zemo as the sort of team leader could be interesting. I thought that Bruhl's Zemo was very far off…
Sad news guys, co-creator of Spider-Man and others Steve Ditko has died. Rest in peace Steve Ditko.
The Following Blog Post is not an official writing style guide for the Marvel Database Wiki. Presently there isn't a writing style guide (even though there should be). This post is based on personal opinion and past writing experience. This is also a general guide and shouldn't be viewed as a complete list of all possible situations.
One thing that is sorely lacking here on the Wiki are proper issue summaries. Which is unfortunate, because if there were proper issue summaries then people who don't have comics could do research without actually having the comics. Either a summary page will be left blank (which, in my personal opinion, I find incredibly lazy. People spend hours adding character appearances when a new comic comes out but they …

When you come right down to it, Frank Miller wrote some of the best superhero comics ever. Born Again (or at least the first three issues of it) are the best he ever did. It would have been a perfect ending for Daredevil but obviously this never happens in comics. Marvellous.
Recently it has been confirmed that the post-credits scenes in Deadpool 2 are canon. That means that Deadpool preventing the deaths of Vanessa and Peter are true, meaning the two of them are alive. It also means that the Deadpool from the original timeline is dead now. Therefore, I believe that the pages for Vanessa and Peter from the revised timeline should say they are alive, as should their status on the Deadpool 2 page as well. It should also mention on the original timeline Deadpool's page that he he dead as of the events of Deadpool 2. I just wanted to get my opinions about all of this time-travel nonsense and hope that the staff make the right decision that benefits the wiki's canonical status for their content.
Hello everybody, I am new on this fandom site and i think i'm gonna like this site so much! So now i have already said that, I'm going to start with a blog about the best films in my opinion and which superheroes I like very much and so much more. And maybe until soon ...

God/Yahweh and One-above-all are two different entities? Because I read that One-Above-All lives in a place with angels called Heaven, so they should be the same entity.
Ever since the MCU started in 2008, they have produced villains. And here, I will rank the main ones of each film (Loki and Thanos were the antagonists of 2 films, so there will be only 20 entries for now). Also, many people talk about a so-called “marvel’s villain problem” online. If you ask me, this villain problem business is bullsh*&, but I still think that some villains are better than others. The villains presented here will be in a different order than in my film ranking post. I personally have a different opinion than most people and don’t get all the love, say, Vulture, gets (Although he’s still pretty high on the list), and all the hate, say, Malekith, gets (Although he’s still pretty low on the list)…
Now that the hit sci-fi series "Humans" is due to begin a third series on Britain's Channel Four, this Thursday( May 18), it is worth speculating as to the issues that artificial life forms raise both in comic books or on TV( ie Marvel's Vision and before it the original Human Torch, , Data in "Star Trek: The Next Generation or the EMH(Emergency Medical Hologram) in "Star Trek:Voyager"). Can they testify in open court( as the Vision did in an 1971 Avengers storyline, despite protests that as an artificial life form, all he could do was parrot what others had programmed into him- any coincidence between "synths" and "synthezoid" is of course purely coincidental as they say!)? Are they property of their owners( as were the faithful "darkies"…
Can someooone confirm this catalogue mistake?
Yeah so I went and watched Avengers Infinity War a couple of days ago and I’m still traumatised by the experience. I’m not going to give away any spoilers but this movie had a really unexpected twist planted right in the middle of it. As we all know, Gamora is Thanos’s adopted daughter, the Russo Brothers really used that relationship to create suspense and used it as a doorway to tragedy. We also saw the first meeting of Iron-man and Doctor Strange, I won’t give away any spoilers to that topic but it was quite well staged. We had the Peter Parker and Tony Stark father-son figure realationship at its best. Steve and his childhood mate, Bucky Barnes, are back together again and maybe for the last time. The original avengers (excluding Hawke…
Like most fans of marvel and star wars i have been following the franchises so closely and learning so much information about them making my mind like an encyclopedia for the two especially for marvel but when watching the last Jedi i was extremely saddened by the fact that Disney killed Luke and let Carrie underwood's character survive despite her being dead so like many fans i paused the big question is Disney going to ruin marvel for us the same way they ruined star wars? live your thoughts in the comments
If you think marvel keeps bringing the goodies please comment and follow my blog as i write my blog post write now i am currently listening to guardians of the galaxy vol 2 sound track. like most fans my mind is about to crack since the end is finally here i have just bought my tickets and can't wait

Give Spidey a happy life, Have him and MJ marry again and revive
their little girl (if not, at least theres the Renew Your Vows
1. Maphisto and Spidey's deal [what in the actual @¥√ Joe]
2. Bring Every character ever known backI know some of them might be hated, but I want them back, and if you kill em again, maybe do it for like probably a few months or something.
This is a tester blog. I have never done one before. It will probably be a story called Iron: Genesis (Duh!) I hope you enjoy!
Not much to say.
20) Okay, so let's start with the Builders. It would be interesting to see the movies cross over with the comics and have that universe's Builders trying to destroy earth. However, this is highly unlikely, so only on 20.
19) What better way to make up for a very disappointing villain than to make them the big bad? So yes, Surtur. The problem is, they would need to make a huge personality and power makeover to make him fit to carry on Thanos' legacy.
18) Next on the list is Amatsu-Mikaboshi. The guy ate 99% of Earth-616, so why can't he do the same for earth 199999? However, the creators probably intended the only gods to be the asgardians, so...
17) The issue with Doctor Doom is that marvel doesn't own the rights to him. But, …
What Is Telekinesis?
Telekinesis is the psychical influence of bio-electromagnetism and electrostatic force of the affected behavior and motion of objects vicinal to bioelectricity or electromagnetic fields under experiment influence. Bio-electromagnetism is the physics of the human body or subconscious mind the (psyche) in which exert force on objects with the property of electric charges. Electric and magnetic fields are two interrelated aspects of an electromagnetic field and under many circumstances, it is impossible to consider the two separately. Experience of telekinetic phenomena are not limited by influence of just the bio-electromagnetic fields, but can also influence electrostatic phenomena arising from stationary or slow moving…
Wow, ok I know I haven't posted in a while but this story was big - so let's start with some quick backstory first. Obviously you know by now that Disney is in the process of acquiring Fox. Well of course Fox owns the Fantastic Four, X-Men, and Deadpool film rights so this sounds good. However, Fox was already in the process of two films: The New Mutants and X-Men: Dark Phoenix. And I'm not sure if you noticed or not.. but their release dates keep changing. The New Mutants has moved from April 13, 2018 (side note: this film should be out in 12 days. should be) to February 22, 2019 to August 2, 2019. X-Men: Dark Phoenix has moved from November 2, 2018 to February 14, 2019. No shift there was looking good but now this..
That's right, Disney o…
I saw the episode Back in the New York Groove. I am sorry to say I read on Wikapedia site on Season 3 of Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy. I am sorry to say it is a crossover with Marvel's Spider-Man not Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man. I am thinking that Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy is not part of Earth-12041 but instead with Earth-TRN633 because of the crossover. So my revitalized titles for Earth-12041 is Marvel's Ultimate Spider-Man, Avenger's Assemble and Hulk and the Agents of S.M.A.S.H.. Earth-TRN633 list is Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy and Marvel's Spider-Man. As the consequences that may come, I am welcoming the debate of the two earths. But I do feel like Earth-12041 should have its own X-Men, and more other titles e…
So this is my first time writing a blog. I really don't know what to do but I have watched awkward and it made me kind of understand what blogs are even as she writes her personal experiences. And since you are reading it, it only make sense that i write something related to personal experience. So, I've decided to write about the Mighty Thor comic. Since watching Thor Ragnarok I've wanted to know more about the Norse mythology in the Marvel Universe. So, I started doing research on the characters and the comics which would be best to read. I started with the Thor vol. 1 Thunder in her veins comic of 2016. And i enjoyed it thoroughly. All the chaos in the ten realms and Thor trying to sort it all out was incredibly fun. It had amazing artw…
SPOILERS FOR INFINITY WAR!!!
I see these all over the web, so i figured I'd do my own. I just want to warn you that my opinion differs from those of most. So without further notice, let's get started!
Further notice: I hope this community is civil and mature enough so that i can state my opinion without people killing me verbally. Sure, you can say why you disagree with me, but no attacks.
Recently, I have rewatched most of the marvel films. This has caused me to reconsider my ranking.
20) Let's start with my least favourite: Spider-Man Homecoming. While this film is very popular and i must admit, it was quite cool at times, I still think that it didn't grasp my mind so much, and i found that the most interesting character in the film was Vult…
Hi folks. This is a blog to wonders and question several issues in comics.
With the years 2020 upon us, nearly in two years the time this has been writing. Will we actually have an event? Maybe, Marvel will celebrate the characters such as Death's Head II, Iron Man 2020, Machine Man 2020 and several of the Marvel UK, characters. It very possible we would could have 2020 characters running around in 616 continuity or that the 2020 characters will get 616 version of this. This already seeing in some like Dr. Necker who now has her own 616 version. So folks what do you think?
Great comic. I’m really shocked and interested in this comic, finding myself reading it every day. Why is it so good? I don’t know. Is it Madcap, the humor, the shocking idea of Deadpool having to kill Evan. Geez. Even I’m hating Stryfe at this point. Hope it all works out, DP.-Deadpool/Macho Man (won that title at a confirmation retreat)/ Merc with a Mouth/ Perk with the Pouches/ I Can’t Believe He’s Not Spider-Man/ Whatever
I've come up with a superhero team called the Delta force. which much rivals the Justice League in some ways. The only thing is it's harder to come up with the costumes for my characters. Anyone have any ideas? I'm open to suggestions.
Please Note: This blog post is speculative. It's not officially recognized cannon or the editorial position of this Wiki.
So I've been trying to make sense of the Black Panther's origins and family tree, and after scouring the 50+ years of his adventures, there are a bunch of weird puzzle pieces that don't make sense... Or do they? One might simply dismiss these as retcons to get with the times, but I think that's just a lazy excuse that is more the style of the Distinguished Competition. Stan and Jack would have said these sorts of things are the stuff of No Prizes. As a card carrying member of FOOM, I thought I'd take a crack at putting together some of the pieces of the puzzle. Here's what I've come up with.
First, let's talk about T'Chal…
Alright, so, a lot of you may think I'm crazy, but hear me out here, okay?
1) I think that Thanos tried to get the stone out of Vision's forehead but only got part of it, so then Vision became his alias Victor Shade, and Vision is stuck like that because he's missing part of the stone and can't get back to being his android self and I think maybe Wanda is trying to help him because she can use her powers like that. In the trailer we saw in the Super Bowl, you can see that Wanda is doing something with her powers to the stone in Vision's head, and in the next shot she's caressing his face looking worried - I think she was trying to recreate the parts of the stone that were missing (because she can create life with what she can do so I think …
Quite disappointed with this. I found out I was have to go back and re-read stuff to actually work out what was going on but not in a good way. It just seems that some panels are missing so I am never quite sure what's going on. Case in point, in the last issue, Havok and Polaris go missing and then they are back and it's not shown where they have been even though Polaris says she looked in it's eyes. To me, it should be clear what is happening.
The art in and of itself by Salvador Larocca is as usual very good.
Valerian say 7/10.
I am pronouncing a special event from Marvel Legacy titled "Tales of Suspense features Hawkeye and Winter Soldier"! As a supporter fan, I'm excited about the series where Hawkeye and Winter Soldier working together finding the return of the mystery female assassin, the Black Widow! In Tales of Suspense Vol 1 100, Winter Soldier found something mysterious, a symbol that is from Natasha Romanoff. This is the part Clinton and Barnes are asking questions concerning her death.
What will happen to the rest of the series on her resurrection?
Well, John Buscema's art was nice and Tony DeZuniga's inks were very good - I suspect the Tribe were involved somehow. The story is a meh!
The Doc Savage books like the Shadow books are not very good. The characters themselves particularly the Shadow were never done justice in the books. The 70s comics versions of the characters simply aped the books so were never very good. The later comic book version of these characters are certainly a lot better.
Valerian says 6/10 but that's for the art.
I seen the recent episodes of Avengers Assemble. In the first sceen Hydra is in a SHIELD base that stores magical artifacts. I am wondering what is the name of such a place if Shield has the location. If anyone can help that would be nice.
This is the Marvel Captain Marvel: "The Alien and the Amphibian!" - it has a typical Marvel title from the 60s and is full of bombast and over top dialogue. It's fairly obvious that no one at this time quite knows where this book is going and what it is really about.
A combination of Gene Colan and Vince Colletta is not a partnership made in heaven but it does the job. Gene's artwork is as always a bit wonky but is acceptable.
Valerian says 5/10 - it's okay.
Firstly it is hard to believe that this comic is nearly 30 years old. To be fair, it hasn't aged that badly but it is obvious from a story telling point of view that the Peter/MJ marriage just doesn't work and gets in the way.
The art is quite restrained. Todd McFarlane hadn't yet gone full TODD MCFARLANE and the faces in particular were not so cartoony. All in all not a bad issue and Venom is a good villain.
Valerian says 7/10.
Thanks to the wonder that is Marvel Unlimited, I am able to read stuff that I would never have read in a million years. However, one drawback is that Marvel has published a lot of dross and one of them is the Chaos War Event. I am working my way through it but blimey o'Rily, it is rubbish. The art is of the highest order to be fair but the story is just ridiculous. I am halfway through it and being the completist that I am (ain't we all us comic fans), I will finish it and then forget it.
It now seems that Matt Murdock has become(or will become) the Kingpin(Wilson Fisk)'s lawyer according to scuttlebutt in Daredevil! Whether Fisk is STILL the Mayor Of New York is unclear, and as Murdock is or was a New York ADA(Assistant District Attorney), it seems likely that he will have to resign the latter post as "no man -or woman for that matter-can serve two masters". Actually the whole idea of Murdock acting as Fisk's lawyer strikes me as being demonstratably one of conflict of interest. What if Fisk orders Matt(who is of course Daredevil although of course NOBODY- with the possible exception of King T'Challa(aka the Black Panther) is aware of his secret/dual identity) to subpoena Daredevil(or any other hero such as say Spider-Ma…
After Axel Alonso was fired as Marvel's Editor-in-Chief, I wonder which is the near future of those new characters (Thor, Hulk, Iron man, Wolverine, etc) who pretend to be the main heroes in the Marvel Universe.
My believe is that they are going to be removed quite fast because, though refreshing and origin of revamping new storylines, they are not hot sellers.
As the first official Infinity War trailer got out, what do you guys think of it? Do you think you noticed something in particular?
I especially liked:
- MCU's Spider-Man having the Spider-Sense, which I think wasn't shown in any way in Spider-Man: Homecoming. It was also revealed in a very dramatically efficient way, in my opinion. The Russo brothers actually added to Peter's character more than Homecoming itself, honestly.
- The brief appearence of Proxima Midnight, throwing her glowing spear. I really liked the Black Order in the Infinity storyline, and I'm glad they're apparently making their full appearence here.
- The alien fighting Black Panther resemling very closely Thanos's Outriders which very few people seem to have noticed.
