History
Bloody Mary was a guerrilla fighter for the People's Liberation Army of China during the Korean War of the early 1950s. She and her troops attacked American ammunition and bases in order to blow up the supplies. On one such raid, Bloody Mary was sent fleeing by American soldier Cookie Novak who later came to the aid of a young South Korean girl who was orphaned by the attack. When Mary and her forces attacked the base again, she took Cookie prisoner. However when the child distracted Bloody Mary, it allowed Cookie to turn things around and take Bloody Mary prisoner instead.[1]
