A hyper-accelerated Avian race, a small group of them crash landed on Sloggo-Prime. Though the Sloggs offered to help return the Blurzz to their homeworld, the survivors refused to leave the crash-site. The dispute was brought to the Star Chamber seeking the counsel of the Magistrati. The case was heard by She-Hulk, but was ultimately dismissed because of the descendants of the crash survivors opted to leave.[1]
