History

Belgriun tyrant, he and his daughter were taken prisoner during a coup led by Sinister Syndicate, but a Belgriun-friendly nation hired Silver Sable to free him with the help of Spider-Man who instead only cared to free the girl. The Sinister Syndicate was defeated and Radischev and his daughter were freed but his castle was destroyed while all his wealth obtained by ruling with an iron fist was returned to his people leaving Radischev not very grateful to the two heroes.
