History

Age of Ultron

During the Age of Ultron Captain Britain became involved when Ultron's forces invade his home country, the United Kingdom. He, along with fellow MI13 member Excalibur met up with the visiting Captain Marvel, to discuss how to deal with Ultron's invasion force. During this time Carol recognized a man who was in the British Museum with them. His name was Computer Graham, a computer coder who had the power to go inside games. Carol complained about this man possibly turning into an Ultron, but Brian and Faiza assured her that it would not happen.

Brian then asked if Graham would help them, which Graham agrees to, though he stated that he didn't know if he'd be as much help as Brian hoped he would. Carol then asked Brian why the Black Knight couldn't help, to which Brian replied that Dane was in the possession of the Anti-Excalibur, and that if he gave it one more inch he'd be worse than Ultron. Just as Carol was about to ask who else they had, a woman named Melanie Kapoor, who was tending to the injured, offered her help.

Captain Britain passing the mantle onto Faiza

Back in the sick room Brian dubbed Faiza as the new Captain Britain saying that if he may die fighting Ultron, then the Captain Britain mantle must live on through her. When they reached St. Paul's Cathedral, finding all the Ultron's, Carol ripped two big chunks out of a wall, tossing one to Brian, and keeping the other for herself. She then told him to do a "Steve Roger", and they both threw the pieces of wall at two Ultron's heads caving them in. As Melanie kicked grenades at Ultron, Graham entered the main Ultron, fighting it from within. Meanwhile while trying to save Melanie, Brian was killed. After noticing that Graham was weakening Ultron, with him excreting energy, Carol absorbed it, and returned it to Ultron, killing it, and herself.

Back at the British Museum, Dane asked if they were okay, and Faiza replied that they weren't, and that they would need to continue the fight for them.
