Brother Johnny was the leader of a hippy commune in New Orleans who threatened with a gun Cindy Jones for leaving the commune. He did not succeed thanks to the intervention of the Sub-Mariner who had become a friend of Cindy and who accompanied her to the commune, however John managed to hit Namor at the temple making him lose consciousness just as Namor destroyed the floor of the house where lived the commune making John fall and losing consciousness too.[1]
