History

Bruce Banner presumably shared a similar history to his his Earth-199999 counteprart until his visit to Culver University and Betty Ross. Agent Natasha Romanoff went to get Betty to analyze the injector that caused Tony Stark's death.

Human Form

Nick Fury informed Natasha about Barton's death and that one of the candidates for the Avengers was Bruce Banner. She found his hiding and tried to take him to safe place, but was intercepted by the army under the command of General Ross. Bruce received a shot by Hank Pym who entered like a bullet into his bloodstream and used one of his Pym Particle Discs to enlarge his heart just after Bruce transformed into the Hulk. The expanding Hulk grew uncontrollably until he exploded, killing him.
