History
Bubbles was a member of the Buzz-Boys who came down to Low-Town to terrorize the humans there. They watched as the humans were confronted by Angel's group of mutants as the humans had broken Juggernaut's rule.[1]

- Gravity Decrease: He seems to be able to generate gravity-defying bubbles with which he can levitate objects.
- Teleportation: He is also possibly able to teleport objects.
Notes
Bubbles appeared on four panels, always seen from behind. His only lines were "Yah! Yah!" and "Glah!".
