History

Bull was the leader of a crime mob who figured that the key to defeating the Avengers was taking out Captain America, whom he thought of as "nothing but a glorified acrobat" on account of his having no super-powers. He first kidnapped Jarvis, the butler of the Avengers, and questioned him to discover that Captain America was on duty at the Avengers Mansion. Then he attacked with a gang of thugs, including one in an armored suit and others with advanced weapons. Although they had more weapons and the advantage of numbers, they were soundly defeated by Captain America.
