Bulwark proclaimed he was the world's deadliest assassin and was a bodyguard of Itzhak Berditchev who helped guard his bosses home. He briefly fought Captain America until he hit his taser stick into a pool of water and knocked himself out. He was arrested alongside Berditchev.[1]
