History

C. Guzman was the platoon leader of Santo Marco Armed Forces Death Squad 832 under General Luis Augustine dictatorial "presidency" over the Republic of Santo Marco. 1324 refugees were killed under his command.

He was one of the soldiers who rounded up citizens from the same tribes that rebel leaders, gene scanning them by a retrofitted Sentinel. One such massacre was prevented by War Machine, who slaughtered the soldiers and destroyed the Sentinel.
