History

A collection of police officers grew tired of the perceived ineffectiveness of the criminal justice system. They combined their resources to create the Savage Steel identity. Steel was to be their "judge, jury and executioner" against criminals.

In-fighting and mistakes caused the breakup of the cabal, precipitated by an accidental explosion.
