History
The Cabal were a secret group of scientists studying nanotechnology. They located and archived traces of nanotech from around the globe, unaware of its true nature or origins. With experimentation, the Cabal learned how to apply the nanotech to living hosts, creating Ultras for a profit. Among their creations were Rush, Kutt, and Solitaire.
