History

Candi was one of Peter Parker's neighbors when he lived in Chelsea. She was the niece of the landlady Mrs. Muggins.

She and her roommates Randi and Bambi often used to sunbathe on the building's roof, which made it difficult for Peter to surreptitiously get in and out of his skylight as Spider-Man, so he had to use various diversions to slip past them.
