Synopsis for "Captain America: First Vengeance - Chapter 8"
It is revealed that Red Skull was never at the facility that Captain America and the Howling Commandos infiltrated; rather, he was projecting a sonogram image. Red Skull tries to overload the facility's vita-batteries to force Captain America to choose between saving himself or dying with his squad, but Captain America thwarts the plan and saves the Howling Commandos.
In the intertwined flashback sequences set in 1942, we see the completion of Project: Rebirth and Erskine's trouble finding the perfect candidate until he meets Steve Rogers at the World Exposition of Tomorrow in Queens, NY
