- Baron von Strucker had been killed in Strange Tales #158, and he was not resurrected until Nick Fury, Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D. (Vol. 3) #21. Since this issue is set in the period of time when Strucker was still dead, it could be presumed that the Strucker who appeared here is one of the several Life-Model Decoy who impersonated him before his rebirth.
